There’s something really beautiful about hair that looks and feels organic. For me, it’s all about lifestyle. There will always be trends, but I think what people really want is to get up in the morning and their hair just works without much effort.

helping people understand their hair & what to do with it beyond the haircut

As a stylist, I love working with texture, frizz & curls, and the natural shapes the hair wants to make. I have always had frizzy, unmanageable hair and that has translated to the practical approach I take to serving clients. I have found that the day-to-day is much easier when you work with and embrace the unique nature of your hair.

As someone who's always identified as an artist, my creativity is woven throughout every aspect of my life. I feel incredibly grateful that I get to make a living creating looks that are unique and beautiful. In addition to being a hairstylist, I'm the co-owner of 220 Salon in Portland and also have a micro-salon in the works in Seattle. Stay tuned!
